Time for some humor in the midst of these tough cases. Our ethics class last night analyzed the original health care reform law that required insurance plans to cover preventative care at no cost. Our students and guest speaker, Father Craig Hightower discussed some issues related to Nicomachean Ethics and regard to the other in developing authentic rather than transactional friendships. Well, I came across this brief video that captures REGARD to the OTHER at its essence. - Enjoy and share the laughter!
I hope these jokes don't offend any Yogo owners.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you call a Yugo with a flat tire? Totaled.
What's included in every Yugo owner's manual?
A bus schedule.
What do you call a Yugo that breaks down after 100 miles? An overachiever.
Hey my Yugo is just rolled over 11,000 miles (she's running rough though...except down hill...then she's a dream...) recently, I set her on blocks and since the recession, I'm able to get 800 a month in rent to a group of ex real estate agents.
ReplyDeleteNow you go!
